What I can help with
Corrections, first of all. If a meeting point has moved, an age minimum has changed or a tour has stopped running, tell me and I will fix the page. If you have just done one of the six and it was better or worse than I have described, I want to know that as well — it goes into the reviews.
Questions about which tour to pick are fine too, though most of them are already answered on which vaults tour is best, stairs and accessibility or taking children underground. Have a look there first and you will probably get your answer faster than I can type it.
What I cannot help with
I am an independent guide, not a tour operator and not a booking agent. I cannot change, move or cancel your booking, I cannot see your voucher, and I cannot get you a place on a sold-out evening slot. All of that sits with GetYourGuide, and the confirmation email you were sent at the time of booking is the way to reach them. If you have not booked yet, how tickets work explains the process.
Operators and press
If you run one of the tours covered here and something on the site is wrong, email the same address with the detail and I will correct it. I do not take payment for placement, and I do not remove an honest criticism because somebody asks nicely.
